THE SURF CLUB
The Surf Club encompasses four buildings: a historic foundation designed by Russell Pancoast in the 1930s and three new towers by architects Richard Meier/KKAID, whose emerging designs meet the Mediterranean revival in a seamless and elegant expression of old and new Miami.
SEAWAY
The Residences at Seaway, which sit on the north end of The Surf Club, feature two stone structures with exterior and interior details that purposefully maintain an elemental connection to the surrounding landscape. The boutique collection of homes, designed by Joseph Dirand, combine classic European modernism with contemporary ease and comfort under a standard of timeless, enduring quality.
NORMAN'S CAY
Norman's Cay is a small island located in the Exuma district of the Bahamas, renowned for its clear turquoise waters, white sandy beaches, and lush vegetation. Today, it serves as a tranquil destination for tourists and private yacht owners, offering activities such as snorkeling and diving.
The island has undergone significant redevelopment, including the construction of a new landing strip and marina to accommodate yachts. Additionally, the development of a Yacht Club and Beach Club provides guests with diverse dining experiences and wellness amenities, enhancing the island's appeal as a premier leisure destination.

The ocean deck features two horizon-edge pools and access to Evelyn’s open-air fine dining, all framed by the blue-green waters of the shore upon which the hotel and residences overlook.
